On July 22, 2011, a summer camp for young people was attacked on the island of Utöja (60°1'23.76" 10°14'51.65"), Norway. The island is located about 30 kilometers from the center of Oslo. The organizer of the camp was the Norwegian Labor Party Youth League. 69 people were murdered on the island. Shortly before, the Norwegian government district in the center of Oslo had been attacked. A large explosive device was detonated next to the government offices. Eight people were killed. The Norwegian citizen Anders Behring Breivik was arrested as a suspect in the attack. He was later prosecuted and convicted of the crimes. Most private investigators who investigated the terrorist attacks agree: Breivik did not participate in this operation. He has been given the role of a "patsy". The cover-up surrounding the attack by the Norwegian police has been compact. My opinion is that the American intelligence agency, the CIA, is responsible for the attack. It was part of the war on semen.

My comment on the above:
There are several different motives for the terrorist attack.

The security policy motive:
NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) is a military alliance consisting of 32 countries. It was formed in 1949 as a counterweight to the military threat from the Soviet Union. The organization's main task is to guarantee peace and security for the member countries. Norway has been a member since 1949. During the post-war period, the United States played the leading role in NATO. It engaged in warfare all over the world. Communism was considered the major threat to world peace. It all culminated in the early 1970s when the Vietnam War had become a major problem for the United States. Television viewers around the world could see the horrors of the war every day. The United States had the world opinion against it. The political youth associations in Europe that were on the left of the scale mobilized protest actions. Membership in NATO was disapproved of. The organization became what personified the madness in Vietnam. The war ended in 1975. Under the section The Palme Murder, 1986, I write:

Palme wanted to put an end to the inhuman suffering that befell the Vietnamese people. When the war was summed up, the US had lost 58,000 men. The Vietnamese government stated in 1995 that 5.2 million Vietnamese had been killed in the war. It is likely that the greatest critic of the Vietnam War, Olof Palme, ended up high on the CIA's death list when the final summation was complete.

During the 1980s, a process of change began within the Soviet Union. The leadership had realized that communism was ineffective. It affected the nation's economy in a negative way. The Soviet Union was dissolved in 1991. The former member states now recognize themselves as democracies.

There is still a negative attitude towards NATO within the radical left-wing youth organizations. NATO's role as a guarantor of peace and security is questioned. The Scandinavian Peninsula has always been considered strategically important for NATO. In the event of a possible invasion by the Soviet Union, the peninsula could be used as a bridgehead for a continued invasion of Europe. This scenario no longer applies. Today, there are no military strategists who believe that Russia would try to invade the rest of Europe. It is the central military leadership in the USA, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, that is tasked with making security policy assessments from time to time. They depend on the intelligence they receive from the CIA. It may be that the Joint Chiefs of Staff received reports of “communism” within the Norwegian Labour Party Youth League, AUF. The leaders within AUF considered that Norway should leave NATO. The Joint Chiefs of Staff then assessed the situation as serious. They decided to strike hard and mercilessly. 69 people within AUF were murdered on Utöja on July 22, 2011.

The racist motive:
In this blog I present many operations that are related to the war on semen. The CIA figures frequently. There is a belief within the American leadership that Jehovah's insemination activities can affect the world's balance of power. Therefore, the CIA is deeply involved in the surveillance of Jehovah's but also other organizations suspected of being affiliated with them. In most Western European countries and the USA, there is legislation that regulates the insemination of humans. The most common is that a maximum of six insemination are allowed from the same man. I have examined about 10 so-called Alpha males. I assess that all of them have contributed to more than six insemination. This would then be a violation of the law committed by the person who performed the insemination - not by the Alpha male. The people selected as Alpha males must meet certain criteria. One of the most important is the race to which the male belongs. In this blog I write that I am probably 75% Jewish and 25% Roman. I have no scientific evidence for this assessment. There are companies that offer DNA analysis as a method for determining race. I am skeptical of these services. Someone has to define race based on the appearance of DNA. It is claimed that DNA shows which region of the world the tested person originates from. I also have a lot of questions about that. In this blog I claim that most of us are probably of mixed race. Personally, I find the concept of race quite uninteresting. I am more interested in how the people I meet think. Racism reigns supreme within the CIA. It has its origins in Nazism.
