The political turmoil in Argentina in the 1970s had unexpected consequences for Sweden. At that time, Argentina was ruled by a fascist military junta, led by Jorge Videla. It had come to power through a military coup in 1976. Just as in many other South American countries, the fear of socialism and communism was great in Argentina. The junta's main opponent was the left radical organization Montoneros. Many of the foreground figures within Montoneros had a past within Peronism. The organization was stamped by the CIA as a terror organization. During the period 1974 - 1982, 30 000 people are reported to have "disappeared" in Argentina. International media paid great attention to the "dirty war". I especially remember the reports about the "mad mothers" who used to demonstrate every Thursday at the Plaza de Mayo in Buenos Aires (  34° 36' 30.12 " S 58° 22' 20.22" W  ). They wanted their lost children back. The reason the demonstrations were held there was that the presidential palace was at Plaza de Mayo. The nation ended up in international disgrace because of lack of respect for human rights. The CIA was in place to keep an eye on the developments.

Seventeen-year-old Miss Dagmar Hagelin lived with her mother and stepfather, Edgardo Waissman at Bermúdez 5261, Villa Bosch, in Buenos Aires (  34° 36' 26.85"S 58° 31' 30.16" W  ). Waissman was a lawyer and well-known defender of political prisoners. Dagmar's father, Ragnar Hagelin, had Swedish parents. He was born and raised in Chile. The family later moved to Argentina where he became a naturalized Argentine. Dagmar was born in Argentina. Ragnar and Dagmar had dual citizenship, Swedish and Argentine.

During the summer of 1975, Dagmar had come to know Norma Burgos. She was married to Carlos Caride who was an important leader within Montoneros. Caride was shot dead in a police confrontation on May 28, 1976, in Buenos Aires. Edgardo Waissman had previously served as a defender for Caride and was the one who had mediated Dagmar's contact with Burgos. Norma Burgos lived at Sgto Cabral 317, El Palomar (  34° 37' 17.64"S 58° 34' 54.42" W  ) about 5 km away from Dagmar's residence.

During the afternoon of January 26, 1977, a security force led by Lieutenant Alfredo Astiz had arrested Norma Burgos on the street. She was accused of conspiring with Montoneros. Later in the day, they made a search through of Burgo's home. Burgos stated that Maria Antonia Berger would visit her the following day, January 27. Berger was one of the leaders within Montoneros. She was wanted by the military junta. Part of the security force decided to stay at Burgo's residence to await Berger's arrival.

On the morning of January 27, around 8:30 a.m., Dagmar went to visit Norma Burgos. The soldiers who were at Burgos' residence confused her with Maria Antonia Berger. The armed soldiers ordered Dagmar to stop. She then ran into Pampa Street, near Burgo's residence. Lieutenant Astiz and Corporal Peralta took up the persecution. However, Dagmar, who had athletic skills, was about to run away from her pursuers. Astiz then got down on his knees and double-grabbed his gun and shot Dagmar from behind. She was hit by a shot in the head. Dagmar fell on the sidewalk. The security force stopped a taxi that happened to pass. It was driven by Jorge Eles. The security force explained the taxi as seized. Dagmar was stuffed into the car's luggage compartment. According to several witnesses, Dagmar was alive and conscious. She tried to prevent them from closing the luggage door by lifting her arms. Then they drove the taxi to Burgo's home where they picked up the other people in the force.

Ragnar began to worry about Dagmar in the afternoon. Norma Burgo's father and some of his neighbours told Ragnar what had happened. Ragnar contacted the Morón police station. The police chief confirmed that it was a security force from ESMA (Escuela de Mecánica de la Armada) who had made a raid. The following day, Ragnar contacted the Swedish embassy in Buenos Aires. He then received confirmation that Dagmar had been arrested by the security forces. In the meantime, Ragnar made attempts to clarify what had happened to Dagmar, but the military blocked his efforts.

After a few days the case had reached the Swedish government. Via the Foreign Ministry, demands were made on President Videla that Dagmar's situation should be reported. It was unsuccessful. The military junta denied that they had any knowledge of Dagmar Hagelin. In July 1977, the military regime announced that Dagmar belonged to the guerrilla organization Montoneros and was a prisoner there. The Swedish government had the Ambassador in Buenos Aires recalled.

So far the official version of the murder of Dagmar Hagelin. I have examined the circumstances of the case in more detail on the assumption that they are part of the war on semen.

The only thing that is absolutely certain in this CIA-led operation is that Dagmar Hagelin was murdered. The operation is of the False Flag type, i.e. it is something else than what it appears to be. In order to create a credible motive for the disappearance, the CIA has linked Dagmar to Montoneros via Norma Burgos. It is crazy to believe that Dagmar would have had any contact with the Montoneros guerilla.

In recent years, I have studied photos of political leaders around the world. I have also looked at leaders of organizations designated as terrorist organizations by the CIA. I have then found that many of them are the result of inseminations from us who have been alpha males during the 20th century. One of the most well-known terrorists who ever existed was Che Guevara. His mother was inseminated by Jehovah's. Of course, there has been a concern within the CIA that Jehovah's insemination activities could help build terror networks. Therefore, Jehovah's has been infiltrated. My view is that the CIA has full control over Jehovah's activities. They know about the semen's distribution routes, which ones that deal with semen, which ones are inseminated, etc. Ragnar Hagelin was a businessman. Such persons usually have a large contact network. His Swedish background made him perfect as Swedish Jehovah's contact in Buenos Aires. My hypothesis is that he participated in Jehovah's semen handling. In doing so, my semen has landed in the hands of Montoneros. The CIA has estimated that eliminating Ragnar Hagelin would probably do more harm than good. Therefore, it was Dagmar who was the one that had to pay the price. There are elements in the operation that make me think that Dagmar has been Ragnar helpful in handling semen.

Media stated that Dagmar was confused with Maria Antonia Berger. Dagmar was significantly shorter than Berger and when I compare them in the pictures above I do not see many similarities. Berger "disappeared" in 1979 after a time in captivity of the military junta.

The CIA needed witnesses here and there to gain credibility in the "kidnapping". Norma Burgos was arrested in the ESMA concentration camp. She has testified that she had seen Dagmar lying on a stretcher there. Dagmar was then alive. Burgo's testimony has no credibility. If Burgos really was at ESMA, she knew what was up. It was only to do as you were told - if you wanted to survive. The allegation that Burgos told the security forces that Maria Antonia Berger would visit her is an invention by the CIA. Burgo's home was certainly constantly monitored by ESMA after the death of her husband in 1976

Media reports that Dagmar was shot down by Astiz and that he and his associates stopped a taxi to get Dagmar off the street as quickly as possible. The natural reaction of Astiz and his associates would have been to drag Dagmar off the street instead of allowing another witness to participate. As the operation is referred to, you get the impression that the security force was missing cars - which will be completely wrong

The operation has been implanted in media by the CIA. My assumption is that Dagmar was kidnapped and murdered shortly after she left her home. To quickly get rid of dead bodies, the military junta used to dump them into the sea off Buenos Aires. Every now and then it happened that the bodies were washed up on the beaches in Buenos Aires. The operation against Dagmar would take place quickly and effectively to ensure that no witnesses were present. That was a prerequisite to be able to plant the original version of the "kidnapping" within media. That version also opened for the military junta's version of Montenero's "kidnapping" of Dagmar.

ESMA Concentration Camp, Buenos Aires. Coordinates: 34° 32' 17.17"S 58° 27' 46.46" W

Alfredo Astiz was a lieutenant in the navy. He was based in ESMA, the military junta's secret concentration camp in Buenos Aires. He was an intelligence officer. He was given the nickname "the angel of death". He was known as a notorious torturer. In December 1977, he was involved in the kidnapping of 12 human rights activists. They were never found and presumed murdered. About 5000 political prisoners were interrogated during torture and murdered, or "disappeared" in the ESMA camp. Astiz was subject to several legal proceedings following the reintroduction of democracy in Argentina. In 2011, he was sentenced to life imprisonment. The "testimonies" that occurred after the operation against Dagmar cause me to question Astiz as Dagmar's killer. It could very well be anyone else from ESMA. Astiz's speciality was to interrogate prisoners during torture. It was a skill that was not needed in this operation. Either way, Astiz was sentenced to life imprisonment - a punishment he deserved regardless of who was Dagmar Hagelin's murder.

             Jorge Acosta                             Prince Gustaf Adolf
             (1941 -        )                                 (1906 - 1947)

The person responsible for the operations at ESMA was Captain Jorge Acosta. Among the private investigators, he is identified as the one who worked hardest to get an elimination of Dagmar. It is likely that this was the case. Getting a stop of the semen deliveries to Montoneros was a high priority. Here, the CIA had informed the military junta that there were no options. With that, Dagmar's fate was sealed. Jorge Acosta had many murders on his conscience. In 2011, together with Alfredo Astiz, he was sentenced to life imprisonment.

The Dagmar Hagelin case became sensitive to the Swedish government because Dagmar was a minor. Ragnar never let go of the investigation. When the death threats began to trickle in, he and the rest of his family chose to move to Sweden. Ragnar was a tireless advocate for human rights. He passed away in 2016.

The ESMA concentration camp now houses a museum. Guided tours are offered.

The whole story reminds me a lot of the sacrifices required in the Nazi concentration camps during World War II. The military junta had certainly been taught by the CIA on how to best handle political opponents.

The operation against Dagmar Hagelin occurred on January 27, 1977. Exactly two months later, on March 27, 1977, it was time for the next CIA operation - the Tenerife Airport Disaster. The CIA has a habit of marking its operations. The letter V occurs frequently to indicate that the operation is related to Sixten or I. During the 70's, the number seven (7) occurs frequently to relate to me.
